By ordering you confirm that you are authorized to request the search you are ordering and that you will use the report for a legitimate defensive purpose — vetting a seller, buyer, date, hire, or renter — and for no other purpose. You agree not to use LodgeOSINT, directly or through third parties, to:
- stalk, harass, threaten, or monitor any person;
- discriminate in housing, employment, credit, or insurance decisions;
- investigate public figures, journalists, or activists for intimidation;
- resell, republish, or redistribute any report.
02 / WHAT WE SELL — AND DON'T
A LodgeOSINT report states whether public accounts exist under a given handle on a dated list of curated websites. It does not identify any person. Account existence is not identity verification, and no report may be represented to anyone as such.
03 / PAYMENT + REFUNDS
- Payment is by card through Stripe's secure checkout. Your scan starts automatically once payment is confirmed. Reports are usually ready within minutes; allow up to 30 minutes.
- Failure to scan = full refund. If we cannot produce your report for any reason on our side, you get a full refund of the payment.
- Completed scan = no refund. Once the report exists, the service has been delivered, regardless of whether accounts were found or how you feel about the results. A report that finds nothing is a correct, valuable result.
04 / YOUR DATA
- Reports are available for 90 days via a private link, then deleted.
- The searched handle is purged from our records after 90 days.
- We never ask for, and you must never send us, anyone's passwords or private credentials.
- Order status requires your order ID plus your delivery email — neither alone reveals anything.
05 / LIABILITY
Reports are provided as-is. Site defenses change without notice; a result is a dated snapshot, not a permanent fact. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LodgeOSINT is not liable for decisions you make based on a report, for actions taken by third parties, or for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use of a report, including privacy and anti-discrimination law in your jurisdiction.
06 / ACCEPTANCE
Ordering requires ticking the acknowledgment box on the order form; the timestamp of that acceptance is stored with your order. These terms may be updated; the version in force at your order date applies to that order.
